You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Return:
Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.

We may ask for photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Fragroman reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used perfumes or cosmetics

Items bought during clearance sales or with heavy discounts

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
